  • 600g Sunkist Navel Orange Juice
  • 100g Water
  • 100g Sugar
  • 15g Lemon Juice
  • 5g Sunkist Navel Orange Peels (Grated)
  • 1 sprig of Mint
  • Navel Oranges (Optional)


  1. Combine orange juice, water and sugar
  2. Heat to 65 degrees Celsius until all sugar has been dissolved
  3. Add lemon juice, orange peels, mint and leave to cool
  4. Freeze in your home’s ice cream maker, according to manufacturer’s direction
  5. Scoop and garnish with fresh mint, and slices of Navel Oranges
