Pancake Batter Ingredients

  • 130g All Purpose Flour
  • 25g Sugar
  • 2tssp Baking Powder
  • 2g Salt
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 30g Vegetable Oil
  • 160g Milk

Orange Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 20g Butter
  • 1/2 Orange (juiced)
  • 1 Orange (cut into segments)
  • 20g Cointreau

Pancake Batter

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until a smooth batter forms.
  2. In a non-stick pan, lightly oil spray the surface, pour the batter into desired size, cook on both sides until golden brown.

Orange Sauce

Directions

  1. In a pan, caramelize the sugar till brown, add butter & orange juice in, stir till combined.
  2. Add in orange segments, lightly reduce till syrupy, add in Cointreau and flambé the sauce.
  3. Allow the flame to die off before serving the sauce over pancakes.
