Orange Cranberry Lemonade

This simple, easy-to-make thirst quencher is what you need to beat the heat.

Ingredients

  • 3.33 cups water
  • 1.33 cups brown sugar
  • 0.66 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 tsp. Sunkist® orange zest
  • 0.66 cup freshly squeezed Sunkist® orange juice
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed Sunkist® lemon juice

PREPARATION: 10 minutes

Directions

  1. Place the water, brown sugar and cranberries into a sauce pan. Bring to a quick boil over high heat.
  2. As soon as mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat. Let cool.
  3. Once mixture is cool, blend until smooth.
  4. Strain blended mixture into a large pitcher. Add the orange zest, orange and lemon juices and stir.
  5. Serve over ice. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

    Variations:
    • Try garnishing with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
