Sunkist® Meyer Lemon Sago “Soup” with Nata de Coco, Mango, and Yakult

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Sunkist® Meyer Lemon Juice, fresh-squeezed
  • 4 bottles Yakult
  • 1 cup nata de coco
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 2 cups sago pearls, cooked and drained

Preparation: 15 minutes

Cooking: 45 minutes

Directions

  1. To cook the sago, in a large pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add in the sago pearls, and continue to cook over medium heat for 30 minutes (or as the package instructions indicate). Stir every 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat and leave the pot to rest uncovered for 15 minutes. Strain and rinse with cool running water.
  3. When ready to eat, divide cooked sago into serving bowls. Top each bowl with Yakult, Meyer Lemon Juice, mango, and nata de coco to your liking. Serve immediately.
