Chevere Cosmopolitan

This version of the ever-popular Cosmo blends traditional Venezuelan flavors to produce a cocktail worthy of the birthplace of the Cara Cara.

Number of servings

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Venezuelan rum
  • 0.75 oz. triple sec
  • 1 oz. Cara Cara Navel orange juice
  • 0.25 oz. lemon juice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice until cold. Pour into a cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with a half-moon slice of a Cara Cara.
