CITRUS WINE COOLER

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of Pinot Grigio
  • 2 Sunkist® Valencia orange, cut into quarters
  • 16 raspberries
  • 1.5 ounce of simple syrup
  • 4 ounces of soda water
  • Additional raspberries for garnish
  • Ice

Preparation: 5 minutes

Directions

  1. Juice half of a Valencia orange and add juice into a cocktail shaker. Add half of the raspberries and simple syrup and muddle ingredients together.
  2. Add wine and ice to the cocktail shaker. Cover and shake ingredients together.
  3. Strain and pour mixture into a tall glass with ice.
  4. Add soda water and garnish with 2 Valencia orange slices and 4 - 5 raspberries. Stir to combine.
