Fresh Green Salads

Preparation: 30 minutes
- Assemble salad by adding greens, endives, radicchio, fennel and avocado onto a platter.
- Segment Sunkist Navel orange and Sunkist mandarin and add to platter.
- Serve dressing with salad or toss and serve immediately. Garnish with cheese.
- Pour Sunkist lemon juice, Sunkist Navel orange juice, mustard, honey and olive oil into a mason jar and shake. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
