Pink Mimosa

The great thing about cara cara mimosas is the colour. This cocktail preserves that beautiful light pink hue and with its lighter flavour, compared to navel oranges, it accents the wine as opposed to overpowering it.

  • 12 oz. freshly-squeezed Cara Cara Navel orange juice
  • 16 oz. good quality dry sparkling wine


  1. Squeeze Cara Cara oranges into a glass and chill.
  2. Slowly add sparkling wine.

    • When choosing the sparkling wine, Cava is always a good choice.
    • Wine should be poured slowly enough to do all in one pour with no pausing. This allows the bubbles to stay fresh and plentiful.
