Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon sashimi, cubed
  • 0.5 Sunkist Navel orange (Zest of)
  • 1 Sunkist Navel orange (Juice of)
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
  • 1 spring onion, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons Sriracha
  • Sprinkling of Togarashi chilli powder

To Serve Ingredients

  • Cooked Japanese rice
  • [Optional] Shredded Cabbage, Sliced Cucumber, Avocado, Kimchi, etc.

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the poke together until combined. Season and adjust the sauce as needed.
  2. Top 2 bowls of cooked rice with the poke and any other toppings you like.
  3. Serve with an extra wedge of orange for squeezing.

    VARIATION: Serve with your favourite toppings such as Shredded Cabbage, Sliced Cucumber, Avocado, Kimchi and more!
